Refill Inverness is supported by Velocity Café and Bike Workshop and the Highland Community Waste Partnership. Refill Inverness aims to increase the number of water refill points available to the public across the city, to help encourage a move away from single use plastic and towards re-use. We also hope to reduce litter and plastic pollution in and around Inverness by promoting and encouraging the public and businesses to move away from single use packaging.

Refill Inverness hopes to support the public to think about their plastic use and encourage re-use so that we can start to reduce the pollution that affects our communities and environment.
WHAT WE ARE DOING/PLAN TO DO WITH REFILL IN OUR COMMUNITY
We want to make it as simple and accessible to refill your water bottle as possible across the city by getting as many Refill Stations on the Refill app. We aim to support café and other hospitality to move away from single use, and towards, reusable alternatives, such as reusable cups and takeaway containers.
