How to delete your account

You can request deletion of your Refill Return account at any time by:

What happens when you delete your account

When your request is processed:

  • Your Refill Return account will be permanently deleted

  • Your personal data, including your name, email address and login credentials, will be removed from our systems

  • Your profile, activity and any associated user data will no longer be accessible

What data we may retain

In limited circumstances, Refill Return may retain minimal information where necessary to:

  • Comply with legal or regulatory obligations

  • Prevent fraud, misuse or abuse of the platform

  • Establish, exercise or defend legal claims

Any retained data will be:

  • Limited to what is strictly necessary

  • Stored securely and access-restricted

  • Not used for marketing or user profiling

Tracking and analytics

  • Any analytics or tracking data linked to your account (including app analytics tools or advertising identifiers such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel) will be deleted or anonymised

  • We may retain aggregated, anonymised data for reporting and service improvement, which cannot be used to identify you

Processing timeframe

We aim to process all account deletion requests within 30 days.

Important information

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed

  • Once deleted, you will lose access to your account and any associated data or history
